If you are going into a trial for your third felony of a serious criminal offense you must be aware of the three strikes rule. This rule just states that if you are being convicted of your third strike the judge is obligated to give you a longer and more extensive sentence because this would be your third conviction. The court will not give any mercy because of you being a habitual offender.
